We use carefully selected, high-quality materials chosen for comfort, durability and everyday use. You'll find the exact materials on every product page.
How do I care for my items?
With normal care, our items keep their shape, colour and finish. Always follow the washing and care instructions on the label or the product page.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within one working day. Order before 22:00 and your parcel often goes out the same day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes around 3 to 8 working days, depending on your location. You'll always find an up-to-date estimate on the product page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive track & trace details by email. You can also look up the status via the Order & shipping tab.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days to return your item. Returns must be new and unused, with the original packaging.
How do I exchange for a different size or colour?
Start a return for your current item and place a new order for the size or colour you want. That's the quickest way to get your new item.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact and Apple Pay or Google Pay, among others.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the field provided. The discount is applied straight away.
My item arrived damaged, what now?
How annoying! Email us within 48 hours of receipt at info@sibabiba.com with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label, and we'll sort it out quickly.

You can reach us at info@sibabiba.com. We usually reply within 24 hours on working days.
Enter your order number and email address to check the status of your order. Orders placed before 22:00 are shipped the same day. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive track & trace details by email.

Worldwide shipping
Depending on where you call home, delivery takes around 3 to 8 working days. We're proud to ship to most countries. If your country appears in the list at checkout, we're happy to deliver there. Delivery times may vary due to carrier arrangements or how easily your address can be reached.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over €50. Members always receive free shipping.
30-day returns, no hassle
We're confident you'll love your order, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to return your item. Returns must be new and unused, with the original packaging.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Under EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the product. You can use the form below, or send us the model withdrawal form at info@sibabiba.com.
How it works
Fill in the form below to request your withdrawal or return. We'll email you the instructions and a return label. Once we've received and checked your parcel, we'll refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Return costs
The cost of sending your order back is at your own expense. That's a deliberate choice: by limiting unnecessary transport we keep our impact on the environment as small as possible. Thank you for helping us shop more consciously.
